Net Knitting Detail

Automated diamond-weave knitting — calibrated mesh size and knot spacing across every production run.

Raw Yarn Sourcing & Inspection

HDPE, Nylon and Polypropylene yarn is sourced and verified against material grade before it ever enters production — no substitutions, no shortcuts.

Twisting & Braiding

Verified yarn is twisted or braided into twine and rope to the specified diameter and ply, calibrated for the strength each application demands.

Net Knitting & Weaving

Automated knitting and weaving lines produce knotted and knotless mesh from 5mm to 400mm, held to consistent knot spacing across every run.

QC Testing

Every batch is checked for tensile strength, mesh accuracy and UV stability before it is cleared for packing — documented, not just assumed.

OEM Customisation

Custom mesh, twine, colour and packaging specifications are built to order for distributors, branded net companies and private-label buyers.

Export Packing & Dispatch

Full export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin and Bill of Lading — accompanies every shipment leaving Bhavnagar.
