Every net that leaves our Bhavnagar facility has passed through the same four controlled production stages — regardless of order size, material or destination. No shortcuts for repeat buyers. No compromises on urgent orders.

This page documents exactly how we work — from raw yarn intake through to export packing. We share it because buyers who understand our process make better specification decisions, and because we have nothing to hide.

Four stages. Every batch tensile tested. Every specification verified before a single carton is packed. That's the standard for every order we ship — including the first.

Raw Yarn Sourcing
& Inspection.

Every production run begins with yarn — and the quality of the yarn sets the ceiling on everything that follows. We source HDPE, nylon and polyester yarn from established Indian mills with traceable production documentation, and every consignment is inspected before it enters our production line.

No yarn enters production without passing four documented checks. If a consignment fails any check, the entire lot is rejected — not partially accepted. This non-negotiable approach is what prevents quality failures downstream.

Visual Inspection
Every arriving consignment is checked for colour consistency, contamination, surface damage and consistent denier. Any visual anomaly triggers full lot rejection.
Denier Verification
Yarn denier is verified against the mill's certificate of analysis. Denier directly controls finished twine diameter and break strength — it is the most critical input parameter.
UV Additive Certificate
For all HDPE yarn ordered with UV stabilisation, the mill's UV additive certificate is cross-checked. Unstabilised yarn for UV-specified orders is rejected outright.
Tensile Spot-Check
A sample from the incoming lot is tensile-tested to break. The break load must meet or exceed the minimum yarn specification before production can begin.

Stage Two

Twisting &
Braiding.

Individual yarns are twisted and braided into twine using automated machinery calibrated to a fixed twist-per-metre rate for each specification. Twist rate, lay angle and machine tension work together to produce consistent break strength, elasticity and surface texture — all of which affect net performance in the field.

Twine diameter is checked at regular intervals against the target specification. Any deviation stops the machine for recalibration — not an adjustment and continuation. Every finished spool is batch-marked before moving to knitting.

Twist Rate Control
Twisting machines are set to a fixed twist-per-metre for each specification. Rate is logged at machine start and after any production pause.
Diameter Measurement
Twine diameter measured with calibrated gauges every 500 metres. Target tolerance: ±0.1 mm from specification. Any deviation triggers a machine stop.
Break Strength Sampling
Twine samples are tensile-tested at start of production run and again mid-run. Results compared against yarn input data to confirm process consistency.
Spool Marking
Every finished spool is marked with batch, diameter, material and test date — maintaining full traceability from yarn intake through to finished net.

Stage Three

Net Knitting
& Weaving.

Twine is loaded onto knitting machines configured to the ordered mesh size and construction. Both knotted and knotless construction is available — the choice affects mesh geometry, knot slippage resistance and net weight per square metre, and is specified by the buyer at order stage.

Knitting machines run with automatic stop on any thread break or tension drop — preventing defective mesh sections from running through undetected. Finished panels are cut to specified dimensions and visually inspected for mesh uniformity before proceeding to finishing.

Mesh Size Setting
Machines are set to the ordered mesh size and verified against a calibrated gauge before production begins. No run starts without a confirmed first-article check.
Construction Type
Knotted construction uses locked square knots at each mesh intersection. Knotless uses a continuous loop pattern — both available across all mesh sizes and materials.
Automatic Fault Stop
Thread break detection stops the machine immediately on any broken end — preventing defective mesh sections from continuing through the production run.
Panel Inspection
Every cut panel is visually inspected for mesh uniformity, missing knots and edge finish before being passed to QC and packing.

QC Testing
& Export.

The final stage before packing is a systematic quality check — not a spot check. Every batch, regardless of size or destination, goes through the same sequence of five tests before export documentation is issued.

Passed batches are packed to export standard and labelled to buyer specification — including OEM branded labelling where required. Export documents are prepared from Bhavnagar to the buyer's nominated port or freight forwarder.

Tensile Strength Test
Net panel samples pulled to break under calibrated load. Results recorded against the minimum specification for that product and buyer order.
Mesh Uniformity Inspection
Mesh size measured at minimum 10 random points per panel. Uniformity must be within ±2 mm of specified size across all measurement points.
UV Resistance Verification
UV certificate from yarn intake cross-referenced against finished product. Visual colour consistency inspection across the full batch.
Export Packing & Documentation
Passed batches packed to export standard with commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and buyer-specific certification.

The standard material for outdoor fishing and agricultural nets. UV-stabilised HDPE resists degradation from prolonged sun exposure — rated 5–8 years outdoors without significant strength loss. Lightweight, floats in water, holds colour well.

The highest-strength option. Nylon offers superior break strength per twine diameter — making it the choice for heavy-load applications such as safety nets, deep-sea trawl nets and high-tension seine systems. Absorbs shock load well.

Polyester
Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)
Dimensionally stable — polyester stretches less than nylon under sustained load, making it the preferred material for gill nets and fixed-mesh applications where mesh size must remain constant under tension. Good chemical resistance.

Quality Standards

Every Test.
Every Batch.
No Exceptions.

We don't test a sample and assume the batch. We test every batch. The following checks are applied to every production run before export documentation is issued — regardless of order size, urgency or repeat-buyer status.

Tensile Break Strength
Net panel samples cut from each production run and pulled to break on calibrated equipment. Minimum break load must meet or exceed specification for the ordered product.
Result: Pass / Fail with load recorded
Mesh Size Uniformity
Ten random mesh measurements per panel using calibrated gauges. All measurements must fall within ±2 mm of the ordered mesh size across the full panel.
Result: Min / Max / Average recorded
Twine Diameter Spot Check
Twine diameter re-verified from finished net against specification — cross-checking the twisting stage measurement against the completed product.

UV Treatment Verification
For UV-stabilised HDPE products, UV additive certificate from yarn intake is cross-referenced against the finished batch. Visual inspection of colour consistency across the batch.

Visual Panel Inspection
Each panel inspected for missing knots, broken ends, irregular mesh sections and edge finish. Any panel with visible defects is removed from the batch.
